  • CONFIG setting

    Hello,
I have this code in PBPro 2.x:

    @ device pic16F628a, INTRC_OSC_NOCLKOUT, wdt_on, pwrt_on, lvp_off, protect_off

What do I do in PBPro 3.x?
Can I keep the 'device pic16F628a' setting as this pre-sets the programmer to that chip. Or do I need it?

I tired this code but I keep getting errors:
    #CONFIG __CONFIG INTRC_OSC_NOCLKOUT & wdt_on & pwrt_on & lvp_off & protect_off #ENDCONFIG

    Thanks!

    Try this:

    Code:
    #CONFIG

        __CONFIG _INTOSC_OSC_NOCLKOUT & _WDT_ON & _PWRTE_ON & _MCLRE_ON & _LVP_OFF & _CP_OFF

    #ENDCONFIG
The 'device pic16F628a' is obsolete syntax.

The labels used above were gathered from the file PIC16F628A.INFO, which can be found in the device reference folder within the PBP3 installation.
